Near KLCC easy for me to go for a meeting a work.

Too small and when I arrived the staff still cleaning the room. Due to late for meeting and i need to use the room quick, So i just ask the staff to come after 1 hour. But im not happy bcause its not clean

close to the center, simple pedestrian access

- risk of fine because short rentals are not authorized - staff who ask us to hide with the suitcases to avoid problems - request for a cash deposit upon arrival (don't forget to ask for it when leaving + take a photo when you give it)

The area is very central. Near the Petronas

The staff was unclear and not punctual. It is not possible to welcome guests under the building and the check-in appointment will be moved to the front. When we arrived there was no one waiting for us even though we had warned well in advance. We were given no help with our luggage. While in the check in instructions it was written that they would help us. The bathroom smelled and at the entrance to the room there was a bad smell of rubbish...

The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. There is no front desk, and they are completely unreachable during check-in and check-out. They take your deposit but make it nearly impossible to get it back. Do not make any advance payments here.
